I got the tryout for chapter 2 and was impressed, so TRIED to download game twice after I'd paid for it but couldn't install it and got a warning PLEASE INSERT THE LAST DISK OF THE MULTI-VOLUME SET AND CLICK OK TO CONTINUE, seems somethings missing, anyone else got the same problems?

Hi Terry, I'll move you across to Glitches for advice.

Contact the company you bought the game from. It sounds like the downloads you got were either corrupt or incomplete. They might have a corrupt version uploaded to one of their servers.

I didn't run into that issue, but did have many others.

Did you uninstall the demo before you installed the full game?

Yes, I did uninstall demo before I TRIED to download full game, I have since had a reply from them suggesting I try to download a third time, but I can't get to the site to download. Good demo, rotten service!

Did you download all of the files and place them in the same folder? It could be that it's looking for a .bin file that it can't find.

I've now downloaded the game four times, the last downloading I actually got a file, but it only had 2,093,064kb, and I had been told before that the finished game was over 3gb, I tried to download again, but was told I had exceeded my quota of downloads, this firm is [blip]!!
