Hi,

I've played a number of AGS games with little trouble untill now. I use XP Home.

I started playing HandsFree's new game Night and Day which has a nice start to it, but when I enter the store and try to talk to Phil I don't see the questions at the bottom or any menu at the top. By changing from 1024 x 768 to 800 x 600 I can see the words Davy Jones barely (I cannot see Bye which is beneath Davy Jones). I still see no menu at the top. When I unchecked widescreen monitor in the Winsetup.exe file I could see a bit more (half of menu at top). The only way I could view all was in a window rather than full screen and then it is too small. Has anyone else had any of this difficulty that I'm having?

Does your monitor have controls to adjust width and height of the image on the screen?

Good Question Jenny100. Probably, but never had to do that before. I just started another older AGS Game in that RON series of games and all of the game screen shows ok. I'll check out the controls and get back with you.

Well I ended up using HandsFree's suggestion. I use the window selection and choose the 3X filter which magnifies the window by 3 and all is well now. Couldn't solve it with the old monitor.

I don't see a post from him here?
Do you mean a Window selection from the game or from somewhere in the video card properties?
