Is it direct from Gamehouse at http://www.gamehouse.com/free-games Is it via MSN at http://zone.msn.com/en-us/home which is powered by Gamehouse? If the latter, there is a troubleshooting guide at http://zone.msn.com/en/support/article/supporthubfreegames.htm Also answer Marian's questions.
