I seem to be having trouble connecting with links that are posted on this forum. I tried to buy a game the on unwritten tales site and none of their links (store, buy now) worked either. I've never had trouble like this before and I'm not smart enough to figure out what the problem is. Can someone help me out?

Hi Jenny, I rebooted this morning and since I leave my computer on all the time, I run a virus scan every day at 3:00 am. I ran my Malware program today and nothing came up. When I go on the unwritten tales website, I can click on screenshots and videos but I can't click on the link to buy the game.

I just tried the links at their site and they all worked for me. Have you done the other things Jenny mentioned? Which browser?

I always hate it when it works for everybody else but me. This morning I tried to pay a bill but could not get on the web site and of course when I got customer service they could get on. If my computer is going to go goofy, I wish it would completely break down and not have some little thing wrong with it that I can't figure out. I use IE but I don't know which version. How do you know which version you have? I just connected with my Firefox browser and the links worked. Why does my computer do this to me????

fildil, At least I can answer this. Just click on Help up at the top of your browser than on About. It will tell you what version of IE you're using. Works the same for every browser as far as I know. Gil.

You can find out which version of IE you have by click on Help and then About.
Did you clear out your browser cache like Jenny mentioned?

Alright I'm using IE8 and to clear my browser cache, I click on Tools, Internet Options and click on Browsing History, right?

I think so. I have IE9 and if I click on Tools, Delete Browsing History is in that list. IE8 might be different.
