Yes, strangely the hint facility disappears once you come out of the HO scenes. Just played the demo and it's a buy for me!

The hint button does not work in the HOS. That's what I meant. It is there and lit to full but it doesn't work!

Marian, I really can't tell you when . It worked fine for about the first half of the game and all of a sudden stopped but the skip still works on the mini-games.

It glitched really badly on me I can't progress. Before demo expired I had gotten the two chess pieces but not completed the chess puzzle. After buying the game wont let me do the puzzle, acts like I didn't find the pieces but I can't get them because they're locations are done. My only option is to create a new profile and start over.
Edit: hint also broken now.

You need to light the chandler too but you need something else for that.
