Hello wondered if any one could please help been playing the Serpent Moon .Been ok till today and I got this error message Runtime error 502 image does not exist at line 573 .Could some one tell me what happened and how do I fix it .Thank you

I had the same error and did a lot of talking to Bill about it. I'm not sure I had to do it but I ran a System Restore first. (You might try just doing a Reboot instead. I gather that often clears out stuff that makes your computer do odd things.)
After that, I followed Bill's directions to:
- Right click game icon and go to Properties then Options, "disable desktop themes" and "disable desktop composition"
- Right click game icon and run as Admin

I also downloaded the patch for the game from his website and installed that.

Try all that. If none of that works, Bill also sent me a black .bmp file (I forget why now) that I used to replace one that came with the game. I could send that to you if you think you might need it.
