I bought and downloaded this game from GOG...however for some reason it seems I have a smaller game screen than I did a few days ago. I'm not sure. I tried hitting the shift and tab keys but that didn't change anything. I was wondering if anyone knows if I could have accidently changed the screen size by pressing a key unknowingly. The game still runs just fine but I really think I changned the game screen somehow. Any suggestions greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Here's a thread at Vogons where someone was trying to increase the size of his game on his laptop. Alt-Enter wasn't working for him.

Here's an explanation of the dosbox.conf file (which you can open and edit in notepad). You may want to back it up (by copying it somewhere else where you can find it easily) before editing it. Check the fullscreen, fulldouble, fullresolution, and windowresolution entries.

Some more suggestions here (or the same ones put another way)
