You have to install it. Double click on the file. It installs all kinds of stuff including Microsoft net framework4,and directx9.It does not put a icon on the desktop. You have to go to programs and look for 5core or core5 I forget. You can right click there and add a desktop icon. You can choose full screen under options.Warning!Do not press F1,there is no third person view. Thats about all I have discovered so far.

The hand curser is hard to see and it isn't there all the time.

I am unable to download this game and used up all my reinstalls. It is showing that it is in my program files but won't do anything. Is there anyway to get this file to open?

Where did you get it from? If you got it from Steam you should be able to install it again. If you got it from Neeblagames, you'll have to contact them if you need more downloads.

Make sure you have the system requirements for the game, listed here
http://neeblagames.com/games/hypnosis/

If you're using Intel graphics, the game isn't going to work.
