I bought a game during this past bonus punch weekend. I still haven't received my extra punch. It's been five days since my purchase. Is it normal for it to take this long?

They didn't give me my punch either, and it's been over a week. I bought a CE, so I know I didn't use a punch credit to buy it.

I would say that it's totally worth the effort! If you earned the credit, then Big Fish has the obligation to give you the extra punch on your card. I wouldn't hesitate to email them. Their customer service is still quite outstanding!
