Hi again traveler and everybody

I had help from a German friend and now I downloaded URU live again (took me 1 hour this time, 1.1 Giga). This is the link:

Problem is: after I downloaded and installed and everything, I got a window telling me to create an account, BUT the account creater is down for over a week now, see forum here:

All we URU live-newbies can do now is waiting till the account creater is fixed. I hope this helps also other want-to-be-players.

I'm so sorry about the losses of your sisters! My heart goes out to you both. I have a little sister who is 26 (I'm 43) and given the age difference she's more like my own kid than a sister, but I love her dearly and can't imagine if something happened to her.

I still have my Uru Live user name, PW, and 1st Explorer name. The Myst forum says I should be able to log on since I know my info even with the account creation site down. Hope so. It's been Ages (no pun intended!) since I logged in. Problem for me now is that I'm in the middle of downloading LA Noire from Steam. It's taking forever! So downloading the Myst client will have to wait another day.

Also, here's a webpage I found that looks like it has some useful info. Last updated 2010 though.

Thank you Tracy. My sister was two years younger than me. Growing up, there was only the two of us, so we were close. I'm older than you, so my grown sons were amazed when Sis and I started gaming together in our "advanced years."

Yes it is right that you can go into URU live again if/when you still know your password. It's only a problem for the newcomers (no account yet) and for the ones who forgot the password.

My condolences for the loss of your sister! I will pray for her.
