Downloaded the game,but when I try to activate it,message comes up...Windows agent cpp 1438 error loading sound library.Any ideas?

I'm not sure why an activation would need a sound library, but someone here had the same problem,

and the suggestion was to install Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1.

Hi: I also bought Secret Files 3 from Amazon and had the "Error Loading Sound Library" problem. Clicking on the link posted by Jenny100 to install http://wwwmicrosoft worked just fine. Thanks, Jenny!
