The answer to each question contains the word 'AMEN' along with one or more extra letters. Write the word that is defined in the clue.

-1.Add two letters to 'AMEN' to make a word for the part of a flower where pollen is made.

-2.Add two letters to 'AMEN' to get another word for sailors.

-3.Add one letter to 'AMEN' to make a word meaning to edit or change something so as to improve it.

-4.Add one letter to 'AMEN' to make the word for a Japanese noodle dish.

-5.Add four letters to 'AMEN' to get the name of a Mediterranean flower sometimes called a Persian violet.

-6.Add two letters to 'AMEN' to make a word meaning to mourn or express grief.

7.Add three letters to 'AMEN' to get a word for the quality of being pleasant or agreeable.

-8.Add seven letters to 'AMEN' to get a word used to describe something that is perceived to be essential or basic.

-9.Add four letters to 'AMEN' to get a word describing someone who is easily led to behave as desired.

-10.Add four letters to 'AMEN' to get a word a threadlike object, such as is used to produce light in an incandescent light globe.

welcome

Sometimes lost is where you need to be. Just because you don't know your direction doesn't mean you don't have one.
