I know they are having a sale today, but I wanted to use one of my free coupons which expires today. When I try to use my coupon, the site says there is a problem and won't accept it . How do I use my coupon and not the one BF automatically assigns when there is a sale? Thanks

When you are in the shopping cart, try deleting today's sale code if it is automatically applied in the cart; remove it from the cart. Once that is cleared, it should allow you to use your coupon code.

As long as you are not putting in the ONEDAY code there shouldn't be a problem. If you are still unable to use your code, I would write them.

Second issue could be that the codes expire at a certain hour of the day not just the day. Are you sure it did not expire already?

Yes, that could be the issue too.

Thanks for your answers. I was still with in the time limit. I'm not sure how to delete the pre- assigned coupon code.
