Does anyone here have any experience with or knowledge of the Cisco 3010 Cable Modem?

Yesterday a Cox tech was here to fix a problem I'd been having with losing Internet connection. In addition to replacing some inside wiring and cables, he replaced the DOCSIS 2.0 modem I bought several years ago with the Cisco 3.0. Motorola is the only brand of cable modem I've ever used.

When I called Cox today to find out how much the new modem was going to cost me, I got a very nice surprise - it's free because I also have Cox phone service!

Thanks for the link, Jenny. I read about a third of the reviews - figure that's a decent sampling. It's great to see that the modem has a good rating.

I had checked several other places but didn't find one for sale, hence, no customer reviews.
