I installed this game on my win7 & when I click on the desk icon to play, it says I have to restart the machine which I did. Once the machine restarted I clicked play again & it still tells me to restart the machine. Anyone know how to get past this problem. Thanks Judy

The North American disc version of Broken Sword 3 uses StarForce v3 and will not play on Windows Vista, 7, or 8 (and sometimes not on XP or 98 either). A NoCD was made for the UK version, which did not use StarForce. But they never made a NoCD for the North American version. Your game disc is now worthless unless you have a computer with XP or earlier to try it on.

You'll have to buy a download version if you want to replay the game.
Fortunately it is only $5.99 for the DRM-free GOG and DotEMU versions
