Aren't you just able to click and drag the pieces where you want them to go? And maybe by right clicking; you can rotate them??

Billy Bob's correct. Left click will turn your cursor into the piece and lieft click a second time will drop it where you want it. Right click to rotate. Also, when you get a piece into the proper spot it kind of clicks into place.
I found it really, really helpful to right click every single inventory item as soon as you picked it up.

I think right clicking was more important in this game than in any other I've ever played...

Did you use the key to open the attic door? Inside you need to click on everything available, including the locked chest and the boarded up door. That should trigger the conversation about the tools and allow you to get the hammer...

I think you probably have to click on the stain on the base of the tower before you can pick up the camera. When you click on it, Samuel will say something about needing to make a record of this... Hello Tig...

Trouble --
I assume you're talking about after you've fallen into the mine. Leave it. it doesn't do anything else.

The altar bit is a cutscene, one of Samuels visions. There are more things to be found in the morgue, think forensic clues Hugs Tig

I agree with Jenny. There wasn't action violence -- no shooting people and blood spurting out in slow motion -- but there were plenty of really disturbing images and nightmare causing things.
BTW, did you ever get into the cemetary? I was not myself blocked from there at any point. Just curious.

Trouble, Send me your saved game and let me see what I can find out. Look at the 'LOAD' of the game and count from the top - down to the saved game you have problem with - to know its saved game number. Open your main drive, then Program files, then The Adventure Company and the The Black Mirror folder. You will see several files labeled save.# Select the saved game where you have problem. Right click this saved game and then select 'send to'. Then select 'mail recipient'. Mail it to me then.

I think that just has stuff that you installed on it and the readme with the same instructions that are in the manual--you don't need it to actually play the game...
