Thank you OL. I haven't located the pig yet. W
Hi MaG. I've talked to Mr. Tawny twice. I have done the EVP and Nitevision video in the cavern where Hardacre is doing his whatever. Saw drawing of one crown there AND got response from a being there! It had a female voice, is that 'the woman' you meant? Did more stuff in the cottage, only talked to Nanny Noah about the antique store. She advised me not to go there and I can't seem to get in anyway. Talked about the town with the Station Master, about the train tracks. Noticed the reference to the movie 'The Fog' and had a chuckle.
Day 2 title We Have The Technology. I've used everything (except the large case on the table). Nigel says he doesn't know what to do with that yet. Neither do I. There are places that seem to want something else that I don't have yet.

Have you been yo yhe smugglers cavern across the chasm in Saxton caverns?
Have you been to the tidal cavern and talked with the woman in Saxton caverns?
Have you talked to Jemima at the Antique store?
Have you talked to Bob Tawny at the smithy?

Have you used the equipments on all these places including the gate left of the sea monster and across the fenland eye?

There are several parts to day 2 - tell me what is the title of the notes in the To Do notebook that Nigel has in inventory.

Just wondering, MaG, are you going to be posting a walkthrough for "The Lost Crown"?

Hello I need some help I can't find the door I need to put the plants on at the church. I see the door that he says is locked but it will not let me go near it. That door is right outside the door that you use to go in the church, and then the other door is the one that he says is rusted shut and if you turn left at this door there is a pile of rubbish laying on the ground and when I clicked on ot black mist came up and he choked and backed off. I can't seem to find the door I need please help. Thank you Trisha

The door you want is that one closest to the entrance of the church.
Does he say anything why he doesn't want you to go near?
Have you read the book already?
Have you met the black mist inside the church?

Place the camera on the table and investigate the church. Look close at the table first.

Hi MaG. I've done exactly that. Get the signal that something can be acted on, close up then try all the equipment. I've tried all of them all over the table, nada. No matter where I try to put the camera, Nigel keeps saying "That's not right!" I've collected an assortment of flowers and mushrooms. Should I be using them anywhere? I noticed the smaller table outside with dried flowers in a vase.

Let me replay that Part, if I can find a saved game.

No - the flower part is already done at the Agers house.

------------------
I went inside the church, looked close at the table and placed the camera on the table - no problem.

Have you finished talking to Mr. Russet completely? Talk to him again and see.

----------
I sent you the saved game I replayrd - I think that's the only one I have at end. I'm not sure if I have done Tom's name already. Check that please.

I am stuck in the Carrion Woods at the millstones.
I can't get the church symbol.
I turned the first millstone to what looks like a hole... the next millstone?
the 2nd millstone I turned to the 2 skinny, bare trees and not sure if that is correct. The 3rd millstone says turn to dense woods and no matter what I turn to, when i go back to the first millstone I still have the hole in the when I look through the top hole.
am I making any sense at all?
Can someone tell me what the symbols should be on the millstones when I have turned them correctly?

Kate,

The clue is taken from disks seen at Karswell (Ager's ) house. Also from conversations with the husband and the cookbook.
Winter, Spring and summer arrangements of the millstones.
Then look at winter's hole on top.

Thank you, MaG. I don't know what I did wrong, but I replayed from the the fens, took a pic of a frog and rechecked the blind with the guy birdwatching. Went back and did the Carrion wood part and forward to the church. The only difference was the pic of the frog! That couldn't be the prob, but it worked. Was able to do the camera, investigated the church thoroughly. Hope that's not what's happening to me at the museum. Again, Nigel just can't get enough of the place, while I want out. Lots of interesting stuff there, though.
Is this game creepy!
It's either the Carrion woods, alone at night (and something watching) OR it's the cemetery and spooky old church with no electricity, ALONE, with something watching!

Once again, thanks for another awesome walkthrough, MaG! I am stuck in the Museum. I have followed the walkthrough, in addition to clicking on things that are not in it (like the register in the first room). I recorded the skeleton, took pic of the holey Saxton map, but just before Step 6, I can not get the recorder to record the trilobite or the helmet. This all starts on the last couple of pages of Day Two: Research is the Key. What have I missed?

Jorja,

Move the cursor to the right side of the screen, behind the crates and the bird eating fish. Go right.
See ia path beside the boats.
The bridge is the one that is left to right at end of the water seen at extrem right side.
Place ypur cursor at top right and you will cross the bridge.
