Tyson,

If I remember correctly, one painting was leaning against the wall by the dresser. Can you put one there? think

I tried that but i cant put it there. Once I picked up that painting and put it on the wall, it seems I cant take it off and put it back next to the dresser.

All the paintings can be moved around and placed on the floor in turn next to the dresser if need be. (Only one painting can be held there at any one time.) Perhaps the hotspot for this area is tricky to find; keep clicking. Let us know how you get on.

Check Janos and your room. Be sure that you have read ALL the documents on the tables.

There should be some in the backpack when you were at the snowy mountain. Check your inventory.
Also check if you can give him anything else in your inventory.

Have you fully removed all the soil that you are able to around the mortar shell? The lantern/wrench exchange with the gravedigger is automatic on talking with him, so it sounds as though you still need to clear some soil.

Kruger's experiment with the blood. I checked the granulocytes but I can't write anything on the pages. Maybe I didn't do it right. There is a report in my inventory but I am not able to put numbers in it.

Tyson,

From MaG's WT, "Use your hand or cursor to dig 'gently' around the bomb. Click only on the soil around the shell at the middle and by the top area.
When the bomb is exposed, realize that you need a tool."

Are you removing the soil at the top and middle at the right side? think

Tyson,

You need to place the spikes as shown in the screen shot. You'll need to use the syringe, in place of the missing spike. luck

If you go out and come back you will get another set of numbers-- I did it a few times and came up with one that was in the walkthru--

You can get more light there by lighting the torch or you can use the dowsing stick or you can move your hand to look around the foot until you can find the bracelet. luck
