Better finish the glass shard evidence first.
Double check that you have taken the pieces that are available to pick up and that you have pieced most of them together.

I haven't played this game, but I found this old thread on GameBoomers that might help give you an idea as to what to try next. I think what they are discussing in this thread is approximately where you are in the game - if not, let us know. wave

Did you also do a DNA analysis of the blood from Kathy's shower?
Do a comparison with Lynn's blood?

Have you refute Kathy's statement about seeing Lynn after she was killed already?

Can you go back to a saved game and replay. That might correct whatever glitch you got. luck

If you have Tina's transplanted hair sample, are you able to get to the materials lab to test it?

Click to reveal..
Do a DNA comparison of Tina's transplanted hair sample.
Make a comparison with hair found on mic cord. Click Confirm Match. It's a match.
Make a comparison with hair from syringe found on Hackett's body. Click Confirm Match. It's a match.

Is it in the DNA section now? There are two different evidence sections, I think: Chemical and DNA.

Here's a YouTube clip:

Case 2

Does that help at all? smile

Perhaps a replay of Case 2 from the start will fix the problem. Cross fingers! Have fun with Case 3. laugh
