Look at this from same Airliner as OP posted ... what good will, I'd fly with them anytime.

Things like this really restore my faith in Humanity, its not all about profits and margins ... even though they gained Customers with this stunt Its the thought that counts.

As stated in the post, Ana was on her Iphone that has limited typing opportunity - as well as being in a party. Any GB moderator replies on any unanswered posts if they are able. That is GB policy and common courtesy.

Your response is based on a previous incident not about this thread.
