You get a list of what a customer wants in a box and place them in the appropriate square (at right side of the puzzle frame). The order and arrangement are shown by the icons at right. The legend/label or what the icons mean is shown at left side.
Select by clicking an icon on the left and place it in the appropriate square-box at the center.
Click on the question mark to see the instructions. Identify the icons of the clues at right (like sandwich, egg or rice in a shape of rabbit, bear or cat). Do the orders that show an animal with the order (egg, sandwich or rice) first and those that are shown in a 3x3 grid or the most squares. Enter the colored animals from the left on to the box puzzle at center. A clue with an animal, slash and ingredient are completed items that should be placed on the puzzle squares first. Deduce the squares with no clues or with just an animal or just the ingredient.
- Also I sent to you 3 Bento puzzles. There are 3 in the game. Use them as needed. Good luck.

Do you have a save from the time puzzle for me? The one you have to put real quick all the collored pieces in a round circel in the door. Its to quick for me, now way I can make this puzzle with my stiff reumatic hands.

Thanks for the save, I finnist the game today, this Nancy Drew game isnt easy. Before this one I did Thornton Hall, thats a easy and nice game to do. And no stupide little games like the pinball machine or candy machine.

I agree that Shadow at the Water's Edge is one of the more difficult Nancy Drew games. This particular timed puzzle was the low point for me in what was otherwise a very good game.
