I'm playing any enjoying CSI, but already stuck in my 2nd case.
Some spoilers below . . . .
. . . . .
. . . . . I have a motive and evedence on who started the fire, but when I go to Brass so I can bring in the suspect , he says I don't have enough yet. He seems to be saying I lack either a motive or something that ties the suspect to the fire. I think I have all that, so what am I missing?
I've been to the airport hanger, but can't get into the lockers. Is that what I'm missing? If so , can somone nudge me in the right direction, since I have no idea how to open the lockers.
Thanks Louis

Hi Louis..I just finished the arson case. Spoiler........ . . . . . . . . . . Louis, did you check underneath the window outside? There is more than one item there. Also when you bring the suspect in, you will be given another location. I suspect by now you have figured all this out. Did you use the 'sniffer' to check for vapors? Cynch

Grrrr! I'm still missing something! . . . . . . . . . . I got the glass from outside Gray's window, and it shows the window was broken from the inside. I have the rag from the airport that matches the one used in the Molotov cocktail. I know Gray's company was in trouble and owed over 1 million dollars. But when I go to Brass, he says I only have 'part of the story' and I 'need both a motive and a link to the blaze'. Don't I have that already? Gray's profile now shows motive, opportunity, and a link to the blaze (the rag). What more does Brass want? I'm ready to shove the evidence in his face! As for locations, I've been to Gray's house, Ritchie's Office and the Airport.

Hmmmmmmm...now I'm wondering if..... . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Did you find 2 documents at the airport hangar? The one on the desk and a label on one of the boxes.
Again, I wasn't given a very good evaluation at the end of the case--I was told I missed several clues...so obviously you don't need all the clues to solve the case. For instance, I used the "redial" on the phone at the crime scene, but I never did find out who that was I was calling. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="confused.gif" />
Make sure that you submit all the evidence to the lab--a tag will appear on each item that Greg has examined. As I recall, there are 3 items obtained at the crime scene...2 0f them are on the floor and one up high near the ceiling. Cynch

There are more than three items at the crime scene...there are two on the floor behind the desk, one on the floor between the desk and the file cabinets - one up by the ceiling by the picture. two pieces of evidence outside under the window. And then there is a piece of evidence on the desk and then the phone. Plus you can look at the evidence under the window inside the office.

Grrr, Laura! I have NO IDEA what I'm missing, I think I have all the evedence you mentioned! This is getting frustrating, and I bet it's something silly I'm just not seeing! I'm ready to tell Brass to go to H**L! If he want's more evendese, let him go find it himself!! Okay, I'm going to go back into the game and write down everything I have, then I'll email you so you can tell me what I'm missing! Okay?? Louis

Whew, finaly got it! Thanks everyone for your help, especialy Laura who led me in the right direction. I had looked at the document at the airport, and it caused a note about motive to be placed in the suspects file! The problem was that I didn't think I needed to pick up the document! Once I did that, Brass let be bring in the suspect for questioning! I figured it would some simple thing I fotgot to do!
Anyhow, I finished that case and I'm now on the 3rd case. I agree, this game seems to be rather short. Even though "Law and Order" only had one case, I think I will have gotten more game play time out of it than I will from CSI.

Glad you got through that case. The third case is the easiest one I think. I am replaying the 4th as I went from being a master in case 3 to a rookie I missed almost everything. I have gotten stuck more times than I care to think about in games cause of something I just blew by or didn't think to do. Yeesh - those moments just slay me. Yet - here I am still banging away at these durn games. Laura
