NEVERMIND...APPARENTLY I DO NOT NEED AN UPDATE. THAT IS WHY NOT GETTING A 'NEW' DOWNLOAD. (would'be been nice if it had said that then on that page.).need to do new update but when I am at the first page and then select 'download' -yellow button right lower corner , there is a info bar where someone can select allow or something else. it is GONE before I can even read it and then the next page loads and you get some stuff about flash, and on the right a blue , moving bar, twisty like, not in just jumps (looks like Norton's bar but is blue) but nothing downloads. have tried several times . HELP!
