Hi folks - Has anyone been playing this game ? I am having big problem on Canon Island - I don't see what bridge to turn and what switch to move to get the power meter to work. I hear no different noise or see anything happen when I move a switch. I don't see a clue anywhere either as to how to solve this puzzle - Any help at all will be appreciated. The clues are really hard to find if even there are clues .

I hope another player will be able to help you. There is a walkthrough on Steam and also some discussion there about the game - here is the link: Haven Moon Good luck.

Hi Marian and sureshot, I, too am having a really hard time trying to get the correct placement of the "bars" along the walkways on Cannon Island. I've had to restart the game many times, since there is no way to save at any point, starting all over until this difficult puzzle, but I always end up getting it wrong. There are quite a few video walkthroughs, but they are very confusing and hard to follow. Even the STEAM text walkthrough was no help at all when it gave the "solution" to this puzzle. All it said was: "Open both doors and go forward. Turn all the switches to ON except the first one." Doing that did NOT work. The video walkthroughs just showed a very complicated procedure which I wasn't able to follow at ALL. I could really use some help with this. Sandy

Hi Chief.. I will have to go to all the condensers again and look at the rustiness. This puzzle gives no indication of any kind when the bars are turned on or off, unless I am not picking up on it.

sanford - I was able to turn on the power on Cannon Island - I too cannot follow the STEAM walkthrough nor any of the other walkthroughs on the Internet. Chief said to not turn on the condenser with the most rust. I found what looks like 2 of them with a lot of rust which I didn't turn on - I took a guess that moving the handle to point to the dome light turns that condenser ON while moving the bar away from the dome light turns it OFF -- I assumed that since there is no other indicator whether a condenser is on or off. Ok so I fiddled with the gates to try and reach all the condensers then turn ON ONE condenser at a time and go back to the the room with the meter and see what the gauge says. If it advanced, I went to the next condenser on the walkway and turned it ON and again go back to see the meter. If the needle on the meter showed LESS power, I went back and turned that bar the other way. I did this routine until I got the power ON the meter and threw the switch. This took me about an hour of wasted time - OK So the power is ON and I got one transporter to work -but I STILL cannot see anywhere where there are clues to these puzzles that might even hint on what to do next. The walkthroughs are not really any help - they "may" show you what to do but offer no help on where the clue came from to do the action or figure it out. That's where I am at now - trying to figure what to do next.

Quoting Chief, "if you are where I think, look up to where the handles are and see a small bar that will give you the indication on which direction to turn the handle." .Above is a quote from Chief.I looked but couldn't find the "small bar" that will give the indication on which to turn the handle. Sureshot, I think I'm just going to move the handles one by one, as you did, switching those four switches around in the corridor. Thanks so much for your input. BTW, im at a steady number 3 on the transporter power indicator so far. Sandy

Sanford - the "bar" and the "handle" I refer to are same thing - sorry if I mislead anyone. When you look up at the condenser, you can turn the "bar" to be in-line with the small dome light under each condenser. When the bar is in-line with the dome light - that condenser is ON - if the bar is parallel to light then that condenser is OFF. That's the way I worked it out anyway.
Hope this helps

Finally, Sureshot, I got the power on to the teleporters, thanks to YOU. The DOME LIGHT hint was the clue to this whole puzzle of off/on, so after leaving the first bar on OFF, I did a lot of switching around with those switches in the corridor and set all of the other bars towards the dome lights. This took me at least an hour or more to get it right. the power meter was at 6 and a half before I pulled the lever and the light came on. Since then I have solved the "EMBLEM puzzle" (in the empty cable car bay) following the STEAM WT, and now I'm ready to move on. Sandy

Mag, Chief, Sureshot, I finally finished this game. The STEAM wt wasn't much help, but the VIDEO wt worked for me. It worked because of "ALT+TAB" between the game and the wt every few steps of the way. LOL Now i'm going to finish Deponia Doomsday. and after that, maybe I'll purchase and play "Silence". Actually, I'm trying to wait until there is a "sale" from one or more of the sellers. Thanks to all of you for your help with Haven Moon. Sandy
