"albet", if you want 7-zip, you have to install it. It doesn't come with Windows. Download the .exe from the 7-zip website, 32-bit or 64-bit depending on whether you're running 32-bit or 64-bit Windows. http://www.7-zip.org/download.html

I don't know if the latest version of 7-zip does this, but better to check anyway.
