hi, I am stuck,im suppose to put a 3 pence coin in the jester. but it wont work. i have in my inventory 25 cent coin, is that what i am suppose to use. i thought maybe i didnt get it from room 27 strong box, so i went back and it said already cracked, so what am i doing wrong. any help would be app eek reciated.

Hi Josric,

You should have gotten three 3d and three 50p coins, as well as a key for Room 9 and a note indicating that the lock of the file cabinet in Room 9 is broken in the lock box.

Can you not look inside the lockbox anymore, maybe it is hidden somewhere in inventory or the gremlin ate it.

If the above doesn't work maybe - the usual dreaded step - go back to the saved game and redo it.

Saferacker is created that way, doesn't you take everything first time you open the safe/box etc. you can't open it anymore.

Make sure you takes everything before closing...


I haven't lost it, I just can't find it....

Another problem you may encounter: there is a safe that requires three keys to open it. Whatever you do, do not insert ANY keys until you have all three of them. If you insert one and come back later to insert another, the game will not "remember" you have already inserted the first key. Then you will be totally blocked and will have to go WAAAAY back to restart before you found the first key!
