I had a free game code sitting in my email, then my hubby had to do a clean install. It was only after the comp. was up & running that I realized I lost my free game because I didn't write it down(duh). I wrote to BF & asked if they could find it for me, I told them I understand if they couldn't because they have many members from all over the world to deal with & it was all my fault for not writing it down. Two days later Taylor from Seattle wrote back with my free game code. This person was so nice & said they wouldn't want to lose a free game either. I let BF know how they & Taylor were there for their members. Not all game companies care.

They have always been quick to help me out, too. I make sure I give them all the info they need to figure out what may have happened. A couple of days ago, I had a totally new glitch, though. Bought a game, downloaded it, and when it came to Validation, it went through that and then just blanked out on me: "Game Manager not responding." I had to do bail out to get control of my PC again.
So, although I got the email that my purchase went through and the game shows up on my Purchase History, I can't start it. Also, can't try to repurchase it because it says, "You already own this game." Catch 22.
I have purchased over 100 games from them over the years and have had various minor glitches but never something like this. I sent them a Help inquiry and they replied right away with their canned message about how to fix it, but nothing in that was applicable. So, I am waiting for them to get back to me.

Marian have you signed out of both the manager and big fish and then signed in again... that helped me one time
