Wow! 25 times! The most I've played a game is 2 times-and that was only 1 game:American mcgees Alice over again in GOD mode just to revisit the scenery..And now,Outcast again-to see what i missed the first time.what a great game. Having just started playing computer games a little over 2 years ago, I have too much catching up to do with so many great older and newer games collecting on my shelf-I buy more than i can play Games I want to play again are Myst Exile, Riven, ThiefI, Syberia,TLJ,The first 3 Tomb Raider games, among others-but to find the time, when there are so many that I havn't played?
People do not remember how much you know, only how you make them feel
finished Gray Matter, playing Alice Madness returns and Deponia

Dadungeon doesn't often replay games, either . . .with two exceptions:

 Sim City 2000 (a bazillion times . . . and counting)

Uru (taking new avatars/Mental Mobsters through again and again to build up/confirm stuff for Tink)

 DaDungeon,
where the edges between the real and the surreal are often blurred -- and reading Arthur C Clarke's The City and the Stars ain't helpin'.

All Space Quest games 3 times each. And I still miss Roger Wilco.
All Monkey Island, 3 of the Tex Murphy games, first two Gabriel Knight, Discwold Noir, Grim Fandango, Full Throttle, Freddy Pharkas Frontier Pharmacist, Torin's Passage, all Police Quests except the SWAT one, and The Longest Journey twice each. (I think that's the complete list of replays but I kept remembering games to add).

 Currently Playing:
 Adventure Game: Broken Age
Darkside: Star Wars: The Old Republic

Wow MacDee,I sent granny a MO for her Riven Dvd. I would so much like not have to swap the disks. I have played a few games many times, to help people out.
I have also played or tried to, on my WIN XP, many games of the Boomers top twenty five. Is this not the same as going back to watch a great movie or read a great book agin? I love to replay and see what I have skipped or missed. Oh, ya and look for cookies. Riven has many, many cookies.

NOne, why replay games when there isn't enough time to play all the new games that are coming out. if I ever was to play a gmae over again it would be an rpg where i could have a completely different party, play a different sex which would cause changes to the gmae and play evil as i typically play the good side. Actually, I have played some adventure games more than once but i don't count that. one reason was because i was working on writing a walkthru and you need to replay to check it. The other reason was unintentional-- due to a name change i didn't realize it was the same game yet while i played it , parts of the game seemed so familiar but couldn't understandd why. other than those 2 reason i have never replayed a game for the sake of replaying it. Originally posted by joanieS:I have replayed Thief I and II probably around 8 or 9 times each. (I know, I know! Some of you hard-nosed adventurers will not accept Thief as adventure.)
I don't consider thief an adventure game at all.
