Lesquin, France, May 2, 2019 — Bigben and Frogwares studio are pleased to release a gameplay video showing A Delicate Matter, a mission from The Sinking City that can be started a few hours into the game. The video shows how the main investigation mechanics work.

During this mission, Mr. Throgmorthon, head of one of the leading families in Oakmont, asks Charles to look into a delicate matter: a receiver of stolen art has disappeared just before closing the sale of a valuable item, and Throgmorthon wants it back at all costs. As the investigation unfolds, the player finds out that the story is far more complicated than it first seemed. Without being prompted by the game, the player must question more and more witnesses throughout the town, and use logic to get to the bottom of things.


As of today, fans of The Sinking City can pre-order the physical and digital versions of the game; each version contains exclusive bonuses.

Honestly, Mad, I think 30 days would be enough!

Epic is even buying out games that were previously offered on Steam, forcing older games that weren't developed by Epic to become Epic exclusives and removed from Steam.


I've waited way longer than a year for certain games to be released DRM-free.
It is certainly possible for Steam users to wait a year for a Steam version if that's what they want.


Obviously Epic's goal is to put Steam out of business, or at the least put them firmly in 2nd place.

If they buy out games previously offered on Steam and make them Epic exclusives, what happens if a person already had bought it from Steam? Can they still access it through Steam?

Honestly, Mad, I think 30 days would be enough! Face it, there will always be those that want it the very second it is released. Just like when movies are released, I know lots of folks that will wait in line an hour at a crowded movie theater to get an opening day seat. I believe they could still make a ton of money if they only did it a month or so. A year, it is basically old news and people will have moved on to the next big thing. Just my opinion of course.

Thanks Jenny. Some time back I knew this game may not be for me. Frogwares games always make me nauseous anyway and adding action stuff sure won't help.
