Hi All after so many months of no nancy drew I pulled out "Sea Of Darkness" Im up to the what looks like a puzzle (grid) ... This grid makes me go across But Not Down should I consider this as a Glitch and start over or is this because Im missing something which makes me guility of being in the Wrong room ... any help would be welcoming Thank You

Hi Leeana, I moved your post over to Adventure Game Hints because no players that I know of have reported any glitches with this game. Where exactly in the game is this puzzle?

im stuck on the kitchen orders could someone please help me

I haven't played the game, so I'm not much help. Does the walkthrough help at all?

There is a good explanation of the kitchen orders in the walkthrough here. I can't do better than that by way of explanation.

Having said that, you do not need to do any kitchen orders in order to win the game - it is entirely optional. You can make enough money for the entire game by doing the Icelandic word quizzes. That is actually what I did. I was able to finish the game and had never done any kitchen orders.

You dont have to do this puzzle I tried but just kept playing ...I think its for the $$ but I made money playing the translate words icelandic that machine in the Gift shop , so I made the money here .... the kitchen is a puzzle BUT not an essential to play it
