The following clues form a word chain. The last three letters of one word or phrase form the first three letters of the next word, and the list wraps round from the last word to the first. Mostly straightforward with the odd one needing the Stitchionary, but there may be one or two hyphenated words, alternative spellings or short phrases in there, and remember it was compiled by a Brit. Quite a few there, so feel free to grab a couple -1. Soft felt hat fedora -2. Large anthropoid ape this one has not been filled in to spare my blushes! -3. One ten-millionth of a millimetre angstrom -4. European architectural style, 9th to 12th centuries Romaneque -5. Nauseous queasy -6. Having an illness with no external signs asymptomatic -7. Type of motorcade procession for head of state etc ticker-tape-8. Alcoholic appertiser aperitif -9. Sheer mesh fabric tiffany -10. 1934 Cole Porter musical Anything goes -11. Steroid hormone oestrogen -12. Plant having blue, yellow, white, or red showy flowers gentian -13. British golfer, 1991 US Masters winner Ian Woosnam -14. Person who habitually mentions famous friends namedropper -15. Metallic compound that contains the divalent ion –O-O– peroxide -16. Any content of the mind, especially the conscious mind idea -17. Deliberately emotionless deadpan -18. Sweeping panoramic or pandemic -19. Integrated circuit microchip -20. Large African herbivorous mammal hippopotamus -21. U.S. muscle car Mustang -22. Aromatic herb angelica -23. Son of Daedalus Icarus -24. Made impervious to oxide corrosion rust-proofed

I'll take them, Bernie. I had "panoramic" but I guess "pandemic" as an adjective means "sweeping (as in a pandendic illness") Good calls!

Sometimes lost is where you need to be. Just because you don't know your direction doesn't mean you don't have one.

Nicely tidied up, everybody! oldbroad, as Sherlock tactfully pointed out, you were right and I was wrong (as ever!) I was so pleased to be able (as I thought) to use "angstrom" again that I couldn't be bothered with trivia like spelling - another "Rog-up"
