Good morning all! Had my X-ray yesterday and apparently I have a compression fracture on my spine. I never like doing anything halfway so I'm not surprised. Time heals so I'll just keep plugging away.

Thanks, soot, oldbroad, and Drac! I see the chiropractor Saturday again and my massage therapist on Sunday. The pain from the fracture went away last weekend. I'm just left with a lower back ache and sore tail bone. I'll see what needs to be done with it this weekend. I'm resilient.
