Just ran across this!
  THE SANDMAN’ Season 2 release schedule: Volume 1 - July 3, 2025 (6 episodes) Volume 2 - July 24, 2025 (5 episodes)
Oldbroad, Dark Shadows is always worth watching from the very beginning before Barnabas arrives. And all the episode when there is a fly landing on his face!

When I watched it on Freevee, I could start with the later episode or the originals. I liked the actual beginning too. I think Elizabeth has a few scenes with a fly too. There were several scenes with equipment in them too! It was a very low rent show in the beginning.

Did you start at the very beginning (before Barnabas entered)? I did. Yes, we did. I also use Freevee at times. Connie.

As I watch Fringe I remember how very entertaining John Noble is. The show would have stood on its own merits without him, but his performance elevates the show from good to very good.

I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

Just watched Dracula from 1974 with Jack Palance as Drac. I watched it on Tubi but I've seen it before as I have it on disc as part of "The Dan Curtis Macabre Collection". Today I watched The Tale of Sweeney Todd from 1997. Probably shouldn't have been eating while I watched it.

Watching the Dresden Files with Paul Blackthorne ... good TV series. But first to admit the books are so much better as they usually are

I'm about halfway through Season 2 of Fringe, and just at the place where the series became long-form storytelling instead of episodic. It really is a great series. There's a huge surprise right at the end of Season1. I'm sure the fans went wild.

Just finished watching El Eternauta on Netflix. It is an Argentinian television series and while pretty standard alien invasion fare, I enjoyed it. There will be a season 2 at some point. I watched it in English because I find reading subtitles too distracting.

I just watched an older movie titled Knox Goes Away that I really enjoyed. The mini series Royal [blip]: Rise of the Tudors was excellent too.

It's nice to be important but it is much more important to be nice.

We've been watching "Poker Face" and have really enjoyed it. Season 1 is complete and season 2 is unfolding now.

I'm really excited about the new Murderbot series with Andrew Skarsgaard. I loved the books and the series is getting rave reviews.

I just finished watching on ABC Season One of a series called Paradise. It involves the investigation of the murder of a US president in a very unusual "community". I like dramas that keep you guessing and keep introducing more unexpected situations with the different characters...what you think is the truth...turns out to be more complicated and the many facets of the characters both good and bad kept me on the edge on my seat at times. I loved itI Looking forward to Season 2. Gerry

Uncle Reg mentioned The Newsroom on here back in 2022 and a friend in Australia recently recommended it to me, adding this clip which prompts me to give it a try although I have not yet done so https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NRjFtLIzyOM&t=201sMeanwhile I am also adding Andor and Paradise to my list of what to watch: thanks for those tips.

After starting to read the books I wanted to try watching The Expanse, but there is limited availabiklity to the earlier seasons on UK streaming services, so I have just bought all six seasons as DVDs on eBay - fortunately I still have a now rather redundant DVD/Video Cassette player!
