This keeps happening whenever I play the game. I can't get the traffic ticket information about Deirdre no matter how many times Ned goes over to her. He asked her out, checked the table and got fingerprints, but when he's supposed to ask her out again and then Bess is supposed to snoop in her notebook, it never happens.

And then there's the evidence for Nancy to put up on the board. She knows about the plans for the town hall property and the secret negotiations about it but I can't get a written evidence for her to post.

What am I missing?

Melia, I take it a walkthrough hasn't helped??? Maybe some teeny little thing you missed? Hopefully someone who has played the game can help you out!

I've combed over the walkthrough again and again. No help.

Here's where I'm stuck: As Bess: Change to Bess.

Talk to Toni at Scoop about paint and lawsuits. Toni gets angry.

As Ned: Ask Ned to distract Deirdre again. Change to Ned.

Go to Scoop and ask Deirdre to go out for lunch.

Nancy calls Ned. Call Bess to check Deirdre's things.

As Bess: Change to Bess.

Check Deirdre's notebook. Turn the page and take traffic ticket RH627E401.

Ned won't distract Deirdre again. I can't get the ticket.

I just found a different walkthrough. There's one thing I hadn't done. I hadn't seen that the alarm had been turned off. Let's see if that's what I need to get going.

Yup. That did it.
