Soot hope they figured out what happened to your phone service...maybe a squirrel did some "wire chewing"...I had that happen once.

Good Wednesday morning! It hit 90 degrees F yesterday for the first time of the year. But I still got quite a bit of weeding done. Only about 15 feet to go! My young man is coming Friday morning, so I have to be ready for him.

Scattered thunderstorms are forecast for this afternoon, but I hope they stay south of us.

Not much happening around here. The fat cat from the neighbourhood was at my door again last night, protesting the rain and asking to come in. Too funny. It's actually a very sweet cat, but I'm dissuading it for obvious reasons.

I'm off for a haircut this afternoon. Soon my hair will all be its natural colour again. What a relief not to have to get it coloured every month. In retrospect, it seems silly, but of course when I was working I was fighting ageism in my business.
