Am enjoying a lighter crime-caper series called The Residence, involving a death at a White House state dinner. Think Ms Marple meets Knives Out. Not my usual fare but a welcome interlude. That the state dinner was for the Australians just adds a little something

I'm just about to finish Season 3 of Foundation, after finishing Season 4 of For All Mankind. They've both been renewed, so more to look forward to.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

Am definitely looking forward to more of For All Mankind. Just finished Alien: Earth. I thought it was an excellent addition (the best alienish thing since the first two movies) and really hope there is another series.

We watched Luther back when it first came out. It's quite the series. I think there may have been a later series that i haven't seen yet.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

Currently enjoying the new series of Blue Lights, a first rate police thriller set in Northern Ireland: highly recommended! Luther was always good fun.

Watching the second season of Interview With the Vampire. I've read the book at least three times and followed with all the successive books in the Lestat/Louis story. Loving the series.

I've been watching Person of Interest because a friend of mine recommended it. I was just about to abandon it when it got interesting at the end of Season 2. The first two seasons should have been compressed into one season, I think. Too much filler. It could been a very tight show if they'd done 12 episodes instead of 22 per season.. Anyway, I'll watch for a bit longer, see how I feel.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

I'm going to watch Witcher Season 4. I'll give Hemsworth a chance.
I thought Person of Interest could have been a very good show if the seasons had been 13 episodes each instead of 22.
Right now I'm rewatching The Sopranos. Best opening theme music ever! This time around I'm not rooting for any of them. It's funny how your perception changes over time. The first time I watched it I had sympathy for the characters. Now they all seem awful, even Adriana. Even the kids. Every last one of them is complicit.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

Someone gave me dvd's of James Burke's Connections from the late 70's and it is fascinating. There was a computer game released in 1995 called James Burke's Connections. It had full motion video and was a really great game. I wish it could get a re-release. I have been watching the 1982 BBC version of The Woman in White, on Tubi. It has been good so far and faithful to the book by Wilkie Collins.
