Having just finished a rather taxing puzzle-fest, I was looking for something a bit different and more relaxing (brain-power wise). A whimsical visually enchanting journey with a piece of seaweed sounded just the thing. Plus, I have wanted to dip into the games of this maker by starting with his first. So, it was an apparently obvious choice. Played in the third person, you are Seaweed, who for some reason has put on a mechanical walking suit and is roaming the dusty, desolate, nothing-like-the-ocean world beyond the shoreline. There is nothing for it but to start walking and see where this quest leads. Find out more in flotsam's review of ******** Slice of Sea ********

Thanks so much for the great review, flotsam! I really liked the look of their other game, Daymare Town as well but they are a little pricey for me. I don't get to game as much to justify the cost.
Thank you Drac!

Daymare Town is what first caught my eye, and then this showed up in a sale. Unfortunately that is no longer the case.

Thanks for the thorough and spot-on review. I really enjoyed this game...I thought the puzzles were creative, I really liked the art style and the challenge & length of the game were perfect.
I point, therefore I click.
