Well...I will not be buying a Dell computer...they used to be good PCs and good service.

Good Morning everyone and welcome to the weekend! Wide Awake Double Dark Brew is ready. I plan on spending a relaxing weekend gaming, walking and working on a jigsaw puzzle...snacking on goodies too! Have a great day! Gerry

Good Saturday morning. Beautiful sunny morning and NO WIND! At least, not for now.
Plan on working outside most of the day... digging up the rest of those daylilies and have a few people coming to pick them up.
Hagatha, I envy your persistence. Incompetence drive me NUTS!

Good morning all.
It's a lovely day here. I went outside and noticed that my outdoor carpet and seats are wet. Looks like the landscaper has my sprinklers on too high.
Not much going on here. I realize I need to do one more sweep through the closets. There's still a lot of wishful thinking hanging there.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

I saw that on the news, judith. How miserable. A guy who has a FB page for Alberta Wild Horses showed some pictures and was hoping all the mares foaling in the weather would be OK.

Judith, I hope your weather gets better soon. This has been an extraordinary winter for you.
I'm just about to make food. This one is a Thai chicken curry with Brocollini and red peppers. I claim no cooking expertise; I leave it up to the small local company that makes fabulous curry sauces to take away, sold at the local farm market. I did make the dried mango and coconut rice, though.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

That does sound good, hagatha. Wish I such a place that sold curry sauces. I did a reverse sear pork loin tonight and it was quite good. Pork loin can be dry and tough because it has no fat. But this one you do at 250 degrees until it reaches 140 degrees internal temp. Then you sear it off in the pan you roasted it in. Tender and juice. Some rice and asparagus and it was a very nice meal.
