No way can GB be celebrating 27 years! That is an achievement for all of us to be proud of! And while we're appreciating all the work behind the scenes to keep this place vibrant and running, let's not forget BrownEyedTigre/Ana. She is the lifeblood of this home for all of us. And I know MaG continues to support and keep track of us!

A huge thank you to Marita and to Ana - without them, there would be no GameBoomers.

I am so happy to be a part of this community and am proud to say that I have been here for the last 26 years. Registering here back in 2000 was one of the best decisions I ever made.

I was steered here by a fellow working in a game store in Brentwood Mall in North Burnaby many years ago. I had mentioned how awful the trolling was on game sites, and he sent me here. He must have been a member at some point, though I never found out his handle.

So much has happened in the 27 years since GB came alive with the help of MaG who kept things going and still does! So many volunteers and members have kept GB stay true to its purpose!

We have become a community of friends and gamers...looking out for each other, giving support when needed and truly caring for each other.

I am so grateful for all the volunteers like Ana who keep us together!

Thank you everyone for making this a happy place where we all find comfort and support in our personal lives as well as gaming!

GameBoomers 27 years wow!! Now on to the next 27 years.

I was an orphan from the GAMERS Forum when Compuserve closed its doors, and was fortunate to stumble across Gameboomers and its friendly and helpful members. I then discovered Big Fish and gradually migrated from Adventure games to Casual games and have enjoyed sharing opinions, hints and suggestions as well as commiserating with fellow Boomers. I would also like to thank Marian for everything she does to make this forum such a special place.
