See if you can now install or play or see any changes in the installation/downloaded program.

I tried at lunch time to uninstall the game again and reinstall with everything off and I still got the same unable to communicate with server message. Was told in glitches to do a clean boot so I'm going to try that right now and will let you know. Just wondering if they said that I succeeded to activate the game during the night who activated my code. I went to bed right after my last post.

I knwo that you could copy and paste the whole installed game to another computer.

Can anyone help me I received an email from Benoit he wants a screen copy of me trying to activate Cleopatra I press the Alt + PrtScrn but nothing happens. Under PrtScrn is SysRq I can't get it to do anything can anyone help me. I looked in the help files how to do this and all it said was to press Alt + Print Screen or just press print screen.

Mag I sent this file twice but both time it had shopping in the to bar, I know I had Kheops Shop in the to address but it sent to Shopping twice do I need to worry. I finaly got it to sent to Kheops Shop Why did it do that do you know.

No I don't have anything in my address book because I restored my computer the end of September and loss all of our addresses but when I clicked on Kheops Shop and said to add to address it put shopping.

Ah. So it was the auto of the Kheops Shop that added it?

Hi everyone

Just in case anyone was wondering if I ever got the activation to work finally today I did. Support gave me one last thing to try and it worked. I'm so glad to because I wasn't wanting to wait for CD release. To everyone thank you again for everything you did and suggested I appreciate it alot.

Can someone please fill me in on what finally worked to get the activation code working? I am having exactly the same problem as ShyTy.

Atfish did you get the code from Kheops yet? When did you download the game? Has your payment been accepted?

I have the game downloaded. I got the email with the code and put it in on the page with the white boxes (5 characters each) and the next screen is asking for my "activation code". I click to get it and I get an error. I have received confirmation of payment and I received one code but it does not work as the "activation code".

I have shut down all of my protection software. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game (before and after shutting off all other software).

I have read the other posts and my problem is exactly as ShyTy's. Every screen is the same.

I just can't seem to get it figured out!

I found something weird about these boxes.
I'm not sure that it will work for you.
Enter the correct sent numbers on all the boxes.
On the last box, with the whatever you call that blinking line on the last number - press Ctrl-V keys. This is like you pasted something.
See if that will activate the 'next' button.

Well, I tried the ctrl-V but no luck I'm afraid. I just emailed support at Kheops, so hopefully they can offer a suggestion.
