What's a stickied thread? I searched all over the vista info. The closest I can come is there is some sort of cmpatibility issue. What are the other Vista people saying?

A sticked thread is one that stays at the top of any forum, it never moves down.
As this game is very new, I doubt that it is a compatability issue.
Please post in the Glitches forum and maybe one of them will be able to help you. Since Vista is a fairly new OS, the Glitches gurus may not have the answers you need either though.
Good luck

Sue

Please help! Need a saved game for 1st timed puzzle(one with balls and spiral). Thanks a bunch in advance. Don't know why they have to have these timed, arcade type puzzles in an "adventure" game. If I wanted to play a timed arcade game, I would choose that genre.

Barth the saved game has been sent. Please do not post on more than one thread for a game. It's too hard to follow your game play and it wastes bandwidth.
You are playing an adventure game with a bit of arcade game involved in it. There is a reason for the arcade sequences. If you wish to discuss it further, please use the Discussion forum for that.

I meant that the save wasn't compatible with the game and my computer!
----------
You know what's really depressing about this spinning light abomination. You have to do it THREE TIMES!
------
Ok, sorry!
---------
Can someone send me the save again with instructions on how to use it. Like I got passed the yellow ball thing by changing keyboards. I tried changing to a Death Adder mouse for this one and it didn't help at all. I even got passed the robot spider in Still Life because I wouldn't give up! I am, however, about ready to cut my losses on this one.

Okay, I've given up! I need a save game past the spinning lights puzzle. My whole family has tried and even the RPG teenager can't get past this one. Please help?

Wow. Apparently I'm not the only one that's having problems with the Spinning Light Puzzle. I haven't had this much trouble in a game since the piano puzzle in Myst.

Can any of you nice people send me a save file to get past this one , please.

I can't get into the Bell tower. I combined the sticks & stones, but they don't join together. They glow, but don't become one tool. Also, nothing happens when you click it on the door. I've gone back and done this from the beginning 3-4 times and am getting the same result. I'm must be missing something. Any ideas?
-----
Ok. I didn't realize that Next Life was a thread unto itself.
--No, it's the second time he gets into the tower and I got the information on how to do it in the walkthrough whose English must be his fifth language! While I'm at it, please explain what constitutes a thread; and when does one start a new topic?
-----
You would have to read the walkthrough. The writer's command of English isn't good. I was good enough to give me the solution. I apologize for my feeble attempt at a joke!
----
Here is the address for the other walkthrough.
http://members.chello.nl/h.vangompel/r/reprobates_eng.htm
------
Stuck again. I'm in the medical establishment and trying to get the light bulb. I can't get him to throw the string out. I am using MaGtRo walkthrough! Can you help? PLease!
------
Got it! You need to click the light bulb on the grateless vent. It wasn't in the walkthrough!
-------
Done! Thank you people for your help. Next time I will screen my games more carefully, make sure there are no spinning lights. :-)))

escakacs please do NOT start another topic for this game. You were already posting on an active thread, continue using this one for the duration of your game playing.
Thank you
Is the door locked? Do you need to use a piece of metal to pick the lock?

The saved game has been sent L!

Sue

esc. I don't know whose English you are referring to but speaking more than one language is nothing to sneer at...ever.
If the door isn't locked, then the only way in is with stick and stone combination or a piece of metal combined with a stick.
This entire posting about Next Life constitutes a thread. When you have finished this game and start another, you can either use a thread that is already established or start one of your own by clicking on new topic on the first page of Hints.
