I am at the beginning of the game. I go to Dr. Orlandi's house, knock on the door. Nothing happens. When I click the back arrow (my only option), a voice tells me he is gone and I should return at 3:45. Then nothing happens. I can't get out of the screen. I knock again. Nothing. I click the back arrow again and the voice repeats the message but I don't back out. If I jump out of the screen and try to open the mailbox, it won't open. Is this a glitch or am I missing something? Thanks.

I think this is a glitch known by the developers. See if the patch (update) at their site will help here.
