we are at the beginning, the fuse box switch is on, read the diary, got the codes, tried using the hint for the machine on the desk and we get the lights lit up, but when we back up from the machine, the lights turn off. So we can't get the cable car to move. What are we doing wrong. mysty & ozma

Hi Mysty and Oz, wave

After checking that drawing on the wall:

Power the trolley - Flip the big lever on the right.

Use telekinesis to pick up the pencil. Use the pencil to push all the big red buttons on lower left.

Right lights - Use the pencil on the small button pushing them from left to right: 1 3 4 2.

Left lights - Right click to drop the pencil. Use telekinesis on the flip switches and study the number of lights lit by each flip switch.

From left to right, flip switches: 1 2 3 1 4 1.

See that the cable-trolley is now powered.

Sorry, still not getting it, Dragon. Is that the order in which you push the buttons? Or the number of times you push them? There's three buttons and four switches on the left, and four buttons on the right. So I can't work out what your numbers refer to. Sorry, feeling stupid here! crazy [s] [/s]

Nevermind, just saw the explanation above! Thanks.
