Hi all,

Playing the first CSI game and on the second case (Light my Fire) and for some reason I can't get a new location added (the shed). I've gone through both walkthroughs and have collected all the evidence and had it processed correctly. I've also talked to Jason Gray in the interrogation room but no new location showed up.

I installed the patch before I played so I'm not sure why the location isn't showing up.

Does someone have a saved game that will unlock all the cases? I don't care about finishing this one but want to move to the next one.

ETA: I also noticed something weird. In the game folder, there are different folders for each level (case). Theres 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 but there's no 4?

I don't have saved games for this game. I can't even remember the game even though I wrote a wt for the first CSI. It's one of those games that I forgot already.

Hopefully someone can help us here.

Thanks for replying MaG. Looks like I'll just have to abandon this until I find a saved game. I have enough games to keep me busy anyway.

I've restarted the case from the beginning as well and still can't get the location triggered. I wonder if it's just a random glitch or something. This also happened with CSI Miami on one case (2 characters just never showed up at all).

I don't have any saves. Have you tried playing the game unpatched? I never used a patch for any of the CSI games.

TLC, that's an idea too. Funny, I didn't patch any of the other games except CSI and CSI Miami and both those games are giving me deadends!

I uninstalled everything and then reinstalled... and it worked! The location popped up after the interrogation (which it didn't before despite him saying it was okay to search the shed). Thanks so much!
