I'm rather fond of Feeble and Atrus.

The Gribbler from The Longest Journey; demented and hilarious. The coachman from Still Life was an intriguing, seedy character.

They're the ones that immediately spring to mind.

C'mon folks, you can't leave out dear little ARTHUR, from the Journeyman Project 3- Legacy of Time. Also in J-Man 2, Buried in Time.
I also have to fan my brow whenever Atrus speaks.

How about our dirty little guy from Leisure Suit Larry Oh and Malcom from Kyrandia. Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Malcom have a son. I think I remember someone holding a little baby that looked like Malcom. I noticed Rincewind, does anyone still have that little pewter statue of Rincewind that came with Discworld? I still have mine.
