Hi, I didn't see anyone with this problem.I am trying to get the names of the gorgon sisters off the broken plaque.I am missing two pieces.I have sifted through the sand, poured more sand out of the sand bags, sifted through that and he still says there is nothing to find.It won't let me pour anymore sand.Have no idea what to do next.

Have you checked the sand pile close to the water and I think the pier?
There are 2-3 places by the wall where there are broken pieces. I think either in front or side or back of the stand.

Try and click the sandbag on the pile of sand close to the wall.

Funny... I don't recall having to do that, and I played the game both "hardest" and "easiest".
I just remember that all the pieces are in the sand pile next to the wall....
Maybe it was different on the downloadable version.

There's definitely definitely definitely no logic to human behaviour.

I tied clicking on the sand bag onto the sand. One bag opened but still didn't have anymore pieces. The other two bags won't open.I tried to go back to a saved game and redo that part and then none of the bags would open.He keeps saying he could sift the sand for ever and not find any pieces.

Strange. I've played the game twice and both times all the pieces were in the pile of sand by the wall - on a good and on a bad day, the difference being only that on a bad day the pieces would be tinier and the puzzle would take a little longer. Hm. Maybe the last pieces are not in a pile of sand at all but somewhere else, like inside the lighthouse? Don't know if this makes sense at all.

Shiny.

Thanks everyone for your help.Never did find the pieces.I just used the names from the walkthrough(hate doing that)and went on with the rest of the game.Must have been a weird glitch.

Hi smile

I've just played this section myself ....

I found the first three or four pieces in the sand near the wall - just lying there in full view.

To get the rest, however, I had to empty the sand bags from the catapult (the ones I had filled myself, earlier) back out onto that same sand pile near the wall.

Then, fashion a sieve and use the sieve on the sand I had just emptied out.

Got there, eventually, in the end lol

Cheers.
