New screenshots from this unusual cartoon-style adventure can be viewed here. (Click on the thumbnails for a full-screen view of the screenshots.)

We get a glimpse of one attempt by Edna to escape from Dr. Marcel and his evil institute for the insane.

Apparently Harvey will have a lot to say throughout the game, as the unusual, stylized graphics may indicate that he is the only character with a mouth. (Why does the fellow in the umbrella even need a toothbrush?)

The game will be publishied by Daedalic Entertainment and is scheduled to release in Germany, Austria
and Switzerland in May 2008 with additional territories to follow

I'm using one of these as my desktop background. I think the fellow in the umbrella actually lives in the umbrella.

Yes, I hope we see it soon too. lol

to translate any website...
go to "www.google.com" click on "language tools".
in the box labelled "translate a web page"...
paste in the website address, and select the 2 languages.

in this case...
http://edna.daedalic.de/?page=3
or
http://translate.google.com/translate?u=http%3A%2F%2Fedna.daedalic.de%2F%3Fpage%3D3&langpair=de%7Cen&hl=en&ie=UTF-8

when you click to navigate to a different page of that website, that page is also translated automatically.

Thanks Carla! Has anyone who doesn't speak German played this? I'm curious whether you can get an idea of what it's like if you don't understand the language.
