danyboy, right across from where you released the hooks in the secret observatory (that bar you pulled down) is another bar to release the other set of hooks. Should be right across from the first bar (you'll need to turn around, that is face opposite where you pulled down the first bar).
Give that a go and let me know if you find the other bar.
