I have been exploring the museum for some time now. I even checked MaGtRo's walkthrough and don't think I missed looking at anything in there. However, when I try to exit the character keeps saying that there's more to explore in the museum. I talked to the caretaker completely. I even saw a ghost come out of the locked door in the butterfly room. I recorded the skeleton and crow picture and took a photo of the map with a hole in it. I explored all floors and even listened to the phone button in the elevator. What did I miss that I cannot leave the museum? Thanks for any help...

Erinus, have you examined the two books in the library section?

Thanks for the replies. Yes, I have read those 2 books. I also followed MaG's WT from the start to the end. I guess I must have missed something. Is there anything more to do in the basement beside see the bugs on the walls? I will try again and triple check...

No, there is nothing you can do in the basement on this visit. Might be a case of going over everything once more, you may have missed just the smallest detail that is stopping you from progressing.

Okay, Rushes, I will try again. By the way, I have dual monitors so I have the game on one and the walkthrough on the other. Hopefully I won't miss anything the third time though. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for all the ideas. What a great group you are! Well, I backtracked through all the exhibits and finally found what I missed. It was at the noose display case. I had listened to the museum recording the first time, but then realized that I also had to make my own recording using the tape recorder and listen to that tape too. Once I did that, I heard the announcement that the museum would be closing. I finally made it out of there.
