There are two sparky things there. I think they are both in the place where the pixie is. The one to set off the stone for the pixie up on the columns is ahead and off to the right if you are standing in front of the eddies.
Good luck on getting a Driane! It is hare, no matter what. A couple of times I accidentally won the darned fight when I only wanted to capture her! There are more Energy Fairies there too.
Have you used the Iron Key of the Dwarves to go down to the lowest levels of the catacombs in Tiralin?

I have a Driane. I have been in the catacombs in Tiralin.
I have in my deck right now:
Tinezard 60 Boneria 60 Gigarex 60 Driane 15 Chumaur 45
Driane and Chumaur both need to be leveled up. Are there any others who would be better for fighting the Shadow elves?

You've actually got a pretty good deck there once you level your Driane up. She really does well against the Dark and Chaos Fairies down in the catacombs. And as a Suane, she's awesome. Another one that might do really well for you is a Fathrael - an Air Fairy.
It always depends on what they throw at you for opponents!

I have Fathrael also. I do need him to cross the eddies. Who should I replace?

L4L, I pm'd you the list of fairies and locations, anyone else want it, let me know. It used to be available on Aillse, but the links are all broken.
I didn't find the sparkly things in the Ruins, that is why, anyway I removed it from the computer and sent it on. I am getting pretty involved in Morrowind right now, but I still pay attention to this thread.

Okay, I put Fathrael in place of Boneria. He needs to be leveled up some more. Where can I find some spells for him?

Thanks Hawka, I'm just in and sitting down to catch up on posts and then hope to go shoot some more fairies. I will print out the list and then check them as I get them. Bets,

Try this website for info on where to buy spells, be aware that a couple of cheats are available on it also. I admit I used the cheat for gold (in the beginning), mana and herbs as I didn't care to keep runing back to the scarecrow all the time. Zanzarah Helpful Hints

Bets, what did you just do? I have visited the forest hut and now am just running around fighting to level up fairies. I can't beat the bad guy blocking the front entrance to the Draven Tower and I found the little air swirlies yesterday and jumped once and fell to my death (poor thing) so will have to investigate that further today. I want to evolve someone else. That is too fun! Where are you? Thanks Hawka--I'll check it out. I had started a list, but there is one already, then I don't have to bother

l4l, did you catch the part in my other post about needing to have an Air Fairy in the first slot before you can use the eddies? It was from about 10:20 this morning if you go looking!

I was just outside the Ruins, jumped into the eddy, jumped on the column, then the stepping stone then the next column and caught the pixie. What fun.
Look at Hawka's site. Wish I had had that a lot earlier. Thanks Hawka.

I haven't got the key to the ruins yet though I can see them on the map. Drac, I'll head down to the basement then. I've been trying to level up my Darbue and my Tinefoil. To use the firestone on him, do I just drag it over to him? Heading over to check out that site. This game is becoming dangerous to my free time Must get hubby hooked so I can play guilt free

I found this info at GameFaqs, they have a huge w/t plus mega info on Zanzarah. I don't want to post the link cause I don't know if it's size will cause bandwidth issues for MaG. It is easy enough to find. For those of you that have the fairy list I sent, here are the evolution levels. The others that evolve use the evolution stones, then you have to start off with the original again. So like with Darbue that you get from the dwarf, you can find another of him in the Ruins (I didn't, or if I did, I killed him instead of capturing). You have to be careful of that when you get more powerful fairies, sigh!! Anyway, he goes to a Bue, then he goes to Lighbue. So you actually need three Darbues to get all of them in your book. Draclvr and Melia both did this, I stopped with 54 out of the 76 total. Good luck and happy fairy hunting!!
Evolution levels
Sillia 22 Viteria 31 Grem 30 Gremor 35 Tadana 25 Aquana 32 Worgot 21 Corgot 29 Airia 32 Luria 31 Rasrow 35 Maulrow 40 Abery 31 Vesbat 27 Stobat 33 Cera 21 Amnis 31 Mencre 38 Violectra 32 Pix 23 Ferix 30 Feez 25 Greez 45 Skelbo 22 Skeljaw 49 Sirael 27 Gorael 38 Darbue 24 Bue 45 Beltaur 23 Mentaur 28 Clum 35 Jumjum 38 Manox 30 Turnox 40 Lighane 28 Driane 38 Lana 22

Thanks Hawka, yes I just noticed that I am killing the fairies instead of capturing them. I have my Tinefoil up to a 16--is that high enough to transform him or should I keep working on him. I can't get to the Dwarves tower until I can kill ice fairies--or does that guy on the bridge not always have Ice Fairies? Every time I have gone there he has Ice guys I got the Nature Evolution Stone also--is there one Fairy that is better to transform than another?

L4L. If you open your fairy collection and click on a fairy you want, it will tell you what level it evolves. You can evolve your Tinefol any time you want but you still have to level him up regardless.
Good luck, I'm closing off for the evening. Going to Susie's soon.

You can only evolve the Tinefoils with the Evolutionary Stones, so you would need to capture several to evolve them to all the options. Go ahead and transform your Tinefoil to Tinezard just in case you get another Ice Fairy to fight. When you finally get to the Mountain Peaks, you will be able to level him up quickly with all the Ice Fairies up there.
As I said before, you may or many not get another Ice Fairy to fight. They can change every time you restart the game.
Another reason to have at leavt one Tinezard si when you finally get the Fairy Card of Earth you will be able to blow up the stones blocking your way to a place up in the Mountain Realm called Monagham, you will get to go down into the Lava Caves to capture more Fire Fairies if you want. Finally some spells for your Tinezard too!

Ok, this game cheats! I went all the way out to the boss in the swamp to see if he still had an ice guy. He did. So then I went all the way to the mountains to see if he still had Ice Fairies, and he did. So I backed off and evolved my Tinefoil, went back to the mountain guy, and guess what? No ice guy
